HOW TO MAKE LEMON WATER

Bring to boil 2 cups of water and let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes. In warm water, squeeze fresh lemon juice from half a lemon. You can also make this drink with cool or room temperature water. Remember to only use freshly squeezed lemon juice and not frozen or store-bought options. Don’t add sugar. You can conduct experiments with the drink to increase the drink’s efficacy. 

Adding 1 tsp each freshly grated ginger and honey to it can help your liver properly purge toxins and rebuild its glucose reserves. You can also add 1 tsp cayenne pepper to boost metabolism. You can sip any version of lemon water throughout the day to improve your immunity.
